Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and free trial conversions work for purchases of AeoIX, a product operated by WEBBYWOLF INNOVATIONS.
Where your purchase is processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the merchant of record or authorized reseller for the transaction, and Paddle’s refund policy will apply to that purchase. If there is any conflict between this page and Paddle’s refund policy, Paddle’s refund policy will apply.
1. Free Trial
1.1 Eligible plans may include a 7-day free trial.
1.2 Unless otherwise stated at signup or checkout, the free trial begins on the date you start the subscription and lasts for 7 calendar days.
1.3 If you cancel before the end of the free trial, you will not be charged for the upcoming paid subscription term.
1.4 If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and the applicable subscription fee will be charged using your selected payment method.
2. General Refund Policy
2.1 All transactions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2.2 If a refund is granted, access to the relevant product or subscription will cease.
3. Refund Window
3.1 Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. Submission of a request within this 14-day period does not guarantee a refund. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Paddle.
4. How to Request a Refund
4.1 If your transaction was processed by Paddle, refund requests should be made through Paddle using one of the following methods:
- the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your transaction confirmation email;
- the support or billing link provided in your receipt or account billing page; or
- Paddle’s buyer support portal.
4.2 If you contact us directly about a refund for a Paddle-processed transaction, we will direct you to Paddle’s refund channel so the request can be handled through the correct billing process.
5. Technical or Product Issues
5.1 If you experience a persistent technical issue or a material defect that prevents access to the features or benefits of AeoIX as described, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue.
5.2 If the issue cannot be resolved and your transaction was processed by Paddle, you may contact Paddle to request a refund in accordance with Paddle’s applicable policy.
6. Cancellation
6.1 You may cancel your subscription at any time.
6.2 If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged for the upcoming paid subscription term.
6.3 If you cancel after your paid subscription has started, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
6.4 Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
7.1 If you believe a charge is incorrect, you should contact us or Paddle before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
7.2 Where a chargeback or payment reversal is initiated, access to the relevant product or subscription may be temporarily suspended while the matter is reviewed.
8. Changes to This Refund Policy
8.1 We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
8.2 Any updated version will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.
